The content type Collapsible Texts is a container of multiple collapsible sections. Each section has a heading and rich-text content that becomes visible when clicking the heading. Typical use: FAQs or thematic sections.

Selecting the Content Type

In the editor of a page, shopping world, or building block, click + New, then in the Content tab click Collapsible Texts. The dialog “New Collapsible Text” opens.

Maintaining Collapsible Text Sections

The individual sections only become accessible after the first Save. Afterwards, open the collapsible text via Edit. Above the General block, the Rows section appears with the following toolbar:

Fields of a Section

Clicking + New opens the dialog “New Collapsible Text Content”: General Content Rich-text editor with toolbar (formatting, links, anchors, images, tables, special characters, dc Copilot) for the collapsible content. Works the same as with Texts.

Tips

Well suited for FAQ lists: one section per question, heading = question, content = answer.
Use short, clear headings so users can quickly scan the content before expanding it.
