Order statistics show how many orders were placed in your webshops and the associated revenue. This allows you to identify peak and off-peak seasons and, in combination with other key figures, adjust your strategy.
This feature is only available if you are also using dynamic commerce.

Opening Order Statistics

Open Statistics → Order Statistics. Use the filter bar at the top to configure the analysis:
  • Shop: Webshop for which the orders are analyzed (e.g. b2b portal, b2c webshop, product catalog, sales representative portal, Amazon marketplace)
  • Interval: How the orders are grouped over time: Days, Calendar weeks, Months or Years
  • Currency: Currency in which the revenue is displayed (e.g. EUR)
  • From / To: Start and end date of the analysis period
If there are no orders in the selected period, No records available appears. Adjust the shop or period.
