Backups and version history
When synchronizing, a page automatically backs itself up, with a complete version history. This ensures no change state is lost, and you can return to an earlier state at any time. In addition, you can create a manual backup at any time. You access the backups in the page editor via the Backup menu in the header bar:- Create backup: Immediately creates a backup of the current state. After creation, a brief message confirms the success.
- Restore backup: Only active if at least one backup exists. Opens the list of all backups.
Restoring a backup
In the Restore backup dialog, you select the desired state. Each entry shows the date and time, the type of backup (e.g. Manual), and who created it. Via the download icon, you can download a backup as an export. With the option Back up current state before restoring, you automatically create a backup of the current state before the older state is restored. Then click Restore.Deleting a page
