The mail log lists all emails your webshop has sent, e.g. order and shipping confirmations or access credentials. This allows you to track which information a customer has already received when handling inquiries.
This function is only available if you additionally use dynamic commerce.

Opening the mail log

Open Statistics → Mail Log. The list shows the sent emails. Use the dropdown in the top right to filter the time period: Last week, Last month, Last year or Show all. Use Search to find a specific email.
If no emails were sent within the selected period, No records available appears. In that case, select a larger time period.

Viewing and resending an email

Select an entry in the list. The toolbar provides:
  • View: Opens the selected email so you can review the sent content
  • Resend: Sends the email again to the original recipient

Analyze the search terms used by visitors.

Customize the content of the sent emails.
