Display external websites or applications as embedded content via a URL.
The content type External Content embeds any external URL as an iFrame. Typical use cases: external tools (booking systems, configurators), third-party widgets, or other websites.
In the editor of a page, shopping world, or building block, click + New, then in the Content tab click External Content. The “New External Content” dialog opens.
Always maintain a Title; it helps screen reader users understand the purpose of the embedded content.
Some external sites prohibit embedding via iFrame through HTTP headers (X-Frame-Options, Content-Security-Policy). In that case, the area remains empty. Check whether the target URL is embeddable.
