Usually a condition is not met. Check:
  • Is the code in the Status Active (not open or closed)?
  • Does today’s date fall within the validity period (Start/End date)?
  • Has the minimum order value (From amount) been reached?
  • Has the Max. number of uses not yet been exhausted?
