Goal: a code that grants a percentage discount on the order during the campaign period (for example, 10% in summer).

Create a coupon code with value type Percent

Open the Coupon Codes list, select New and fill in Code and Description. Set the Value Type to Percent.For details, see Creating Coupon Codes.

Generate coupon lines

In the coupon code, select Generate Coupon Lines and define:
  • Configuration: for example the prefix SOMMER-, the suffix -25, the number of random characters and the number of coupon lines. This produces codes such as SOMMER-X7K-25.
  • Coupon Type: Discount %, for example 10.
  • Conditions: if required, From Amount (minimum order value) and Max. Number of Uses.
  • Validity: Start/End Date for the campaign period.

Activate codes

Activate the codes directly during generation using the Activate Generated Coupons toggle, or later individually via Release Coupon.
The campaign code is ready and can be redeemed in the order.
