Within a Coupon Code, the Coupon Lines area contains all coupon lines that have already been generated. Here you can see the status, value and previous usage of each line at a glance and release or close them.
A prerequisite is a Coupon Code with generated coupon lines. See Create Coupon Codes and Generate Coupon Lines.

Opening Coupon Lines

Use Search to open the Coupon Codes list and click the desired code. On the card, below the General area, you will find the Coupon Lines area with all generated codes.
You can also create coupon lines here manually, but we do not recommend this. Instead, have the lines generated automatically to avoid errors.

Actions

Via the menu bar of the Coupon Lines area, the following actions, among others, are available for the selected line:
  • New Line / Delete Line: Add or remove an individual coupon line.
  • Release Coupon: Activate a line so that it can be redeemed.
  • Close Coupon: Close a line so that it can no longer be used.
  • Adjust Value Coupon: Change the available balance for value coupons.
  • Show Entries: Open the associated entries of the coupon line.

Columns

Which columns are displayed depends on the value type of the Coupon Code. Always visible:
  • Coupon Code: The generated code that customers enter in the web shop or when placing an order.
  • Status: State of the line. Open = not yet activated, not redeemable. Active = released and redeemable. Closed = no longer valid.
  • From Amount: Minimum order value from which the code applies.
  • Max. Number of Usages and Number Used: How often the code may be redeemed in total and how often it has already been redeemed. If both values are equal, the code has been used up.
  • Start Date and End Date: The period during which the code is valid.
  • Last Usage Date: When the code was last redeemed.
Additionally depending on the value type:
  • Amount Available and Initial Amount (value coupon): Current remaining balance and the amount originally loaded.
  • Discount % (percent): The percentage discount deducted from the order total.
  • Item Number (item): The item that is added free of charge upon redemption.
