With shipping surcharges, you define a surcharge per shipping zone. The surcharges are organized in shipping surcharge groups: A group bundles multiple surcharge lines, and each line links a shipping zone with a price.

Navigate to the shipping surcharge groups

Open the Shipping Surcharges Groups list via Search. It displays all groups with Code and Description.

Create a surcharge group

Select New in the menu bar and maintain the Code and Description of the group.
As soon as you press Enter or leave the line, the group is saved.

Maintain surcharges per zone

Select the group and choose Shipping Surcharges in the menu bar. The list of surcharge lines for this group opens.Maintain the following per line:
  • Shipping Surcharge Group Code: The group to which the line belongs.
  • Shipping Zone Code: The shipping zone for which the surcharge applies.
  • Price: The surcharge for this zone.
You can also reach the same surcharge list via the menu bar of the shipping zones.
Where a shipping surcharge group is assigned to the application is not yet documented in this documentation and will be added once it has been finally clarified.
