In the order, you can calculate the appropriate shipping costs and add them as shipping lines with just a few clicks. The app automatically determines the valid shipping options based on shipping group, zone, class, weight, and order total.

Open the order

Open a sales order. You can access a customer’s orders via the customer card in the Navigate menu through the Orders action. There, create a new order or edit an existing one.

Calculate shipping costs

In the order, select the Calculate shipping costs action from the Process menu.
If only one shipping option is valid, it is automatically inserted as a line in the order. If several are valid, select the desired option and confirm with OK.

Check shipping lines

Check the inserted shipping lines in the order and adjust them if necessary.
The shipping costs are calculated and added. You can now release or post the order as usual.
