You can assign an individual shipping group to each customer. The customer then accesses exactly the shipping options of that group. You configure this directly on the customer record.
For this guide, shipping groups should already be created, see Shipping Groups.

Navigate to the customer

Open the Customers list via Search and select the desired customer. Then open the Edit action via Manage to open the customer card.

Assign shipping group

On the customer card, you will find the Shipping Group Code field in the Delivery section. Click into it and select the desired shipping group from the list.The customer thereby accesses all shipping options of this group.
