In that case, no option matches the order. Check the following in order:
  • Is the desired shipping option active and within the validity period?
  • Does the shipping zone cover the delivery address (country or postal code area)?
  • Are the weight and order total of the order within the ranges of the option?
  • Does the shipping class of the items match the option?
  • Does the customer have the correct shipping group?
Several options are valid at the same time. This is allowed. Using priority or the sorting (Move up/Move down) and the default sorting in the setup, you control which one appears first.
Enter a free shipping threshold in the shipping option: from this order total, the shipping costs no longer apply. Alternatively, create a dedicated option with order total from and shipping costs of 0.
Yes. Set the Is Active switch to inactive instead of deleting the option. This way all settings are retained and you can reactivate it later.
