Goal: From a certain shopping cart value, shipping should be free for the customer.

Open Shipping Option

Open the relevant shipping option or create a new one. You can access the shipping options via the associated shipping group.

Enter Free Amount

In the Free Amount field, enter the order total from which shipping costs are no longer charged. Orders at or above this value receive free shipping.
Alternatively, create a dedicated shipping option that applies via Order Total from and has the value 0 in the Shipping Costs field.
From the specified order value, no shipping is charged on the order.
