Create shipping groups

Create a shipping group for each segment, for example B2B and B2C.

Assign customers

Assign the appropriate shipping group to the customers. You will find the Shipping Group Code field on the customer card in the Delivery area. For details, see Customer-Specific Shipping Options.

Assign shipping options to the group

Open the respective shipping group and use the Shipping Options action to maintain the shipping options that should apply to this group.
Depending on the customer’s shipping group, the appropriate shipping options are available for selection in the order.
