# dynamic commerce - Set Up Digital Products

> Mark items as digital products and select appropriate delivery methods.

We show you here how to mark a webshop item as a digital product.

    ## Step 1: Open the Webshop Item Overview

    Navigate to the Items section by entering "Items" in the search.

    ## Step 2: Open the Webshop Item Card

    Select the row with the desired item that you want to mark as a digital product, here the Touring Bike 1000.

    Click the FastTab "Webshop Item" in the "Process" menu ribbon to open the webshop item card.

    ## Step 3: Selection for Digital Product

    In the "Digital Product" field under the menu item "Digital Purchase", you can now select how you want to offer the item digitally.

    You have the following options:

    * No

    * Download

    * Video Player

    * Ticket

    ## Step 4: Define the Order Process

    In the "Order Process" field, you can define how the product should be ordered in the future.

    You have the following options:

    * Normal: Item is ordered normally in the webshop, also together with other non-digital items

    * Separate Cart: Item can only be ordered together with other digital products

    * Separate Order Process: Item can only be ordered via its own order process without a shopping cart

    ## Step 5: Shipping Method

    In the "Shipping Method" field, you can select how the item should be shipped.

    You have the following options:

    * Digital: Item can only be ordered as a digital product, e.g. as a PDF file

    * Digital & Shipping: Item can be ordered digitally & physically, e.g. a catalogue in printed form and as a PDF

    ## Step 6: Distribution of the Product

    In the "Distribution" field, you can select how the item should be distributed.

    You have the following options available:

    * Download Link: Item is sent as a download

    * File Delivery: Item is sent to the customer by e-mail

    * Video Player

    ## Step 7: Customer Account

    In the "Customer Account Required" field, you can define whether the customer needs an account to be able to order the item.

    If you activate the checkbox, a customer requires a customer account; otherwise they do not.
