The coupon lists can be found via the search bar. Also a new coupon header can be created there.

Code

Here you have to enter a code for this specific record.

Description

Enter a description for this coupon header.

Value Type

Here you can select the type of the coupon.

Here you have the choice between:

• Amount
• Percent
• Item

Amount creates coupons which substract a specific amount from an order if used. With percent you create coupons wich substract a percent amount of the order from the order.
If you choose Item, a specific item is added to an order if the coupon is used.

Value Coupon

With this checkbox checked all coupons that are crated are value coupons wich can be used multiple times until depleted.
This option is only available for the type Amount.

Coupon Code

In this field is the coupon code specified wich can be applied to an order

Status

Here you see the status of the coupon code.

There are 3 different values for this field:
 

• Open - the coupon is not yet activated
• Active - the coupon is activated and can be used for orders
• Closed - the coupon is no longer active

Amount Available (only for Value Type Amount)

In this Field you see the remaining amount of the coupon. This is espacially useful for value coupons.

Initial Amount (only for Value Type Amount)

In this field you have to specify the no. of the item you want to add to the orders if the coupon code is used.

Amount From

Defines the amount from which the coupon can be redeemed. This restriction can not be assigned for value coupons.

Max No. of Uses

This field determines how often the coupon can be used. This restriction can not be assigned for value coupons.

Times Used

Here you can see how often the coupon has already been redeemed.

Starting Date

In this field a date can be given from which the coupon is valid.

Ending Date

In this field a date can be specified to which date the coupon is valid.

Date Last Used

Here you can see when the coupon was last used.
